Flap discs, cutting, and grinding discs are available in a wide range. Flap discs are made with Aluminum Oxide or Zirconia abrasive, on fiber or nylon backing pads. They are available in several set-ups: with glued or inserted narrow, flat, or curved, with large or narrow flaps. They are used for burr removals on every kind of material. Cutting and grinding discs are used for fast and accurate cutting of tubes and metal sheets. The flap discs are available in Aluminum Oxide (Alodisc) and Zirconia (Zircoflex or Zircodisc), with Nylon or fiber support, in a wide range of types: with glued or inserted 1 flap, straight or conical, with flap set 1/1 or 2/2.
