Product Overview Gasboard-2522 is a high-precision N2O gas sensor based on Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) and employing a quantum cascade laser (QCL) source. It is designed for highly selective and sensitive N2O measurement in automotive exhaust emission monitoring under the latest Euro 7 performance requirements. Gasboard-2522 integrates a high-quality optical probe with a proprietary gas cell to deliver high measurement accuracy, high sensitivity, strong resistance to cross-gas interference, and long-term stable operation. Featuring a modular design, Gasboard-2522 supports easy installation and system integration. Calibration and configuration are available via an RS485 communication interface.
Applications include automotive exhaust emission monitoring, environmental monitoring, and laboratory research.
Features - QCL-based narrow-band laser absorption spectroscopy with ultra-high sensitivity for N2O measurement, resistant to interference from other gases, humidity, and particulate matter.
- Ultra-fast response time of ≤ 3 seconds for real-time monitoring.
- Full-scale linear digital output for consistent, repeatable, and traceable measurement.
- High-performance optical probe for stable operation and long service life.
