Profile bending

We bend steel profiles using cold bending procedures at ambient temperature using special machines, such as the TEJERO H-100 CNC bending machine, TEJERO L-60 bending machine with 3 rollers and ULCRB 80CNC automatic bending machine with 3 rollers. We have toolings to work with profiles with a diameter from 20 mm to 100 mm and with a thickness from 1.5 mm to 4 mm and all radii, except for large dimensions, which will require a preliminary study. Specific toolings may need to be purchased in the case of requests with different dimensions. Tube bending We bend steel tubes using cold bending procedures, for both solid and hollow tubes, at ambient temperature using special machines, such as the TEJERO H-100 CNC bending machine, TEJERO L-60 bending machine with 3 rollers, ULCRB 80CNC automatic bending machine with 3 CNC rollers and TEJERO H-42 CNC. We have toolings to work with profiles with a diameter from 20 mm to 60 mm (optionally up to 100 mm) and all radii, except for large dimensions, which will require a preliminary study. Specific toolings may need to be purchased in the case of requests with different dimensions.
