CYM Materiales SA manufactures equipment for single shot peening, double shot peening and stress peening for coil and leaf spring with continuous passage according to the needs of each customer.
The abrasive is propelled by centrifugal turbines. The number of turbines for each machine depends on the size of the parts to be blasted or the speed required.
Continuous shot peening machines are provided with systems of automatic loading and unloading of parts and hydraulic presses and devices for tensioning leaf spring.
