Its head with 3 knives can be dismantled easily and washed in diswashers. Monobloc frame built with thick plates in 18-10 stainless steel in order to ensure a high rigidity and no vibration. The quality bowl (thickness : 5 mm) allows to adjust the knives near this one. Waterproof machines IP67. No vibrations. Complies with CE norms.
