LA sandwich panels with HCFC-free high density polyurethane foam core meet any architectural, technical and environmental constraint. They are made of a PUR or PIR foam insulation core injected continuously between two metallic facings. Thicknesses from 40 to 220 mm Basic width 1160 mm with 1100 option for packing for export. Choice of facings: Stainless steel or steel powder-coated with polyester, PVDF, PET complex, PVC film, etc. Certifications: Grade PA2 (Apsad), DTA (Technical recommendation – CSTB), Reaction-to-fire: B-s2,d0 (European classification) Excellent thermal insulation: λ= 0,023 W/m.K Ideal for isothermal enclosures (T° from -40°C to + 50°C) of any size, various applications for food or similar industries.
