Product description
Automatic ClO2 release system for reduction of viruses, bacteria and odors in enclosed spaces. JOKIN AIR Origami is a passive air purification device: ClO2-impregnated origami paper emits a controlled low concentration of chlorine dioxide (ClO2) gas that oxidizes microbial contaminants in the air. Each pack contains two origami units designed to treat up to 30 m³ for an effective term of two months. Detailed working mechanism and safety information are provided in the enclosed leaflet.

Working principle
ClO2 is generated within the origami assembly by the controlled chemical reaction of sodium chlorite and activators embedded in the paper matrix. The slow, saturated-release of ClO2 gas acts as an oxidizing agent against airborne microorganisms and odor compounds. Emission rate and duration are engineered for continuous low-level application; consult the leaflet for reaction specifics and measurement data.
