Tier 1: SmartSource® Compact

• Models: WSCH, WSDH, WSCV, WSDV

For space-constrained and budget-conscious projects. Now available with low-GWP R-32 refrigerant offering increased efficiency compared to typical R-454B refrigerant. Suitable for new construction, retrofits, and existing buildings (schools, offices, lodging, condos, retail). Factory-stocked for quick delivery and configurable for geothermal or boiler/tower applications. Key features include high-efficiency rotary/scroll compressors (with two-stage options for horizontal models), optional EC fan motors with 8-position unit level speed control (customizable over BACnet), Smart Dehumidification, and waterside economizers.

Tier 2: SmartSource® Plus

• Models: WSMH, WSNH, WSMV, WSNV

Balances efficiency and flexibility between Compact and Premium offerings. Available vertical floor-mounted and horizontal ceiling-mounted (½ to 5 tons). Uses low-GWP R-32 refrigerant and provides quiet, reliable operation for standard or geothermal heating applications. Designed to reduce energy consumption and operating costs; supports LEED points and rebate opportunities. Offers design, installation, operation, and maintenance flexibility for offices, schools, hotels, assisted living, manufacturing, and more.

Tier 3: SmartSource® Premium

• Models: WSSH, WSTH, WSSV, WSTV

For projects requiring industry-leading efficiency, low-noise operation, and superior indoor air quality. Available in capacities from 1/2 to 6 tons with EC motors standard on all units and offered with low-GWP R-32 refrigerant. Premium units are geothermal-ready from the factory and provide high EERs exceeding ASHRAE 90.1, making them suitable for LEED projects and energy-saving rebates. Ideal for schools, clinics, office buildings, multi-unit living facilities, and other efficiency-focused applications.
