ARKA – Plastic toolbox for trucks, trailers and semi-trailers


ARKA is a high-strength plastic toolbox designed for installation on trucks, trailers and semi-trailers, developed to guarantee maximum protection of the contents, structural reliability and long-term durability even under demanding working conditions.


Manufactured using an injection moulding process, ARKA is made from premium technical polymers (polypropylene and nylon) with a 4 mm structural thickness and an internal system of ribs and reinforcements, allowing the box to maintain its integrity even under extreme loads and continuous road stress.


The integrated locking system with internal perimeter seals ensures total protection of the contents against water and dust, with an IP5K9K ingress protection rating, making ARKA suitable for outdoor use, construction sites and long-distance transport.


ARKA is also designed for logistics optimisation: the structure is stackable and prepared for quick single-step installation, reducing fitting times and operating costs for bodybuilders and fleet operators.


The product has undergone vibration testing in accordance with military standards, equivalent to 1,000,000 km of road use at full load (according to the optimum load declared for each model), ensuring high long-term reliability.
