SATELLITE PLATFORM SIMULATOR and PAYLOAD SIMULATOR
Fields of Application
Used for International cooperative missions between National Agencies : CNES, ESA, NASA, ISRO, CNSA
Main Benefits
Power bus and TM/TC interfaces simulation
Automatic test sequence
TM/TC storage and monitoring
Main Caracteristics
The satellite platform simulator is used to simulate the platform interfaces signals to perform functional checking tests and ground qualifications tests of satellite equipment and payload instruments. The simulator carries out the power supply and the management of TM/TC exchanges
The payload simulator is used to simulate Payload interfaces and TM/TC exchange behavior. The simulator performs the power consumption simulation and the TM data generation following the OBSW mode diagram of the Payload instrument simulated.
The test bench is composed of: 19” rack with
220 V 50/60 Hz power supply rack with emergency stop
Power supplies and dynamics loads
TM/TC frontends
PC with test bench software
