One of the flagship products of our company is cutting oil, which is essential for achieving excellent performance in lapping. The oil serves several functions: • Protecting the abrasive (you can achieve a 30% savings in abrasive use when using DAMEC oil); • Heat dissipation; • Lubrication of the workpiece; • High cutting power. DAMEC primarily provides three types of oil: DAMECOIL 25, DAMECOIL BIO 35, and DAMEC OIL N25. DAMECOIL 25 is a full-cutting oil made with refined mineral bases, oily and with special E.P. additives free from chlorine. It does not mist or cause smoking, ensuring excellent rust protection on the lapped pieces and the lapping machine itself. It is specifically designed for lapping and superfine finishing operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. DAMECOIL BIO 35, thanks to its special low environmental and health impact formulation, offers high resistance to bacterial degradation and low tendency to form surface foam. DAMECOIL N25 is formulated on highly selected mineral bases, chlorine-free, with high cooling, cleaning, and abrasive stone maintenance power.
