Damec offers a range of brushes for both internal and external use. Internal brushes are used for deburring and improving surface roughness. Thanks to the work of the abrasive, which acts on the surface to clean it and eliminate "spikes," the result is a piece with a mirrored surface and reduced roughness. They have an external diameter from 4 to 100mm and a grit range from 80 to 1,000 mesh. They are available in silicon carbide, aluminum oxide, boron, zirconium, diamond, iron, abrasive nylon, brass, steel wool, and alumina. External brushes are used on flat and angular surfaces to remove burrs and residues from previous operations. They have an external diameter from 60 to 250mm with an internal hole from 12 to 32mm. They are available in hard steel, stainless steel, zinc, abrasive nylon, palm fiber, white and black bristles.
