Description

Key features
  • Compact structure, tension-free and simple design.
  • T5 tooth profile suitable for roller conveying, offering high universality.
  • Accurate positioning; can be combined with MDR for precise transfer sections.
  • Compatible with PU timing belts for cleanrooms and harsh environments.
  • Self-lubricating and maintenance-free.

Description
  • The polymer timing pulley is mounted at the roller end, separating drive and conveying zones for more stable conveying at high speed and low noise.
  • The bearing end cap combines a precision ball bearing, polymer housing and end-cap seal for smooth and quiet roller operation.
  • The end-cap design protects bearings with strong resistance to dust and splashed water.
  • High transmission capacity, compact structure, tensioning-free mechanism and simple design.
  • More efficient conveying without slip.
  • The T5 tooth profile suits roller conveyors and increases versatility.
  • Precise positioning when used with MDR to meet load-section requirements.
  • Suitable for cleanroom and other harsh environments when used with PU synchronous belt.
  • Compared with traditional belt drives, it is waterproof (no skidding) and can operate in certain adverse environments.
  • No lubrication required; easy maintenance.
  • Different timing belt models match different roller center distances (see catalog appendix).
  • Suitable for high-speed applications; maximum speed depends on roller length and diameter (up to 2–3 m/s).
  • Standard configuration includes anti-static surface design with surface impedance ≤10^6 Ω (as indicated on page).
  • Temperature range: -5°C to +40°C; Humidity range: 30% to 90% RH (non-condensing).

Remark: Φ50 rollers can be fitted with PU sleeve (2 mm/3 mm); PVC/PU sleeve is not anti-static.
