Thanks to their third vertical compression, the PTC range of DANIELI HENSCHEL baling presses allow high outputs in an industrial environment. They are recommended for the continuous reduction of large products, such as offcuts of new metal stamping offcuts (automotive in particular), scrapping, concrete reinforcing bars, or any other metal offcuts (copper, aluminium, zinc, steel, etc.).
When high output is required, DANIELI HENSCHEL offers you one of its eleven triple-acting presses, capable of reducing 22 t/h of aluminium or 60 t/h of steel or copper.
PTC presses from the DANIELI HENSCHEL range are triple-acting machines (2 horizontal actions + 1 vertical) with an automatic operating cycle and continuous feed.
These models combine high densification with high output. This provides strong interlacing of the materials, favouring the mechanical strength of the bales. The size of the bales obtained complies with the standards for steelworks and foundries.
Our triple-acting balers are durable machines with special wear-protection features and different drive systems according to the products to be processed. They can be used indoor and outdoor.
The box is equipped with horizontal cutting blades for effective shearing of products. It is lined with grooved wear plates made of abrasion-resistant steel, which are easily exchangeable. The grooves, with their rectangular profile, help to prevent thin sheets from going between the rams and the structure.
