Description

The HBB/S 120-90 hydraulic jaw crusher is a fully hydraulic jaw crusher from the latest crusher generation. It has an opening width of 1200mm x 900mm . Because of the fully hydraulic drive, the Dappen “Hydro Crusher” HBB/S 120-90 achieves a maximum of 50 strokes per minute, whereby the wear of the crushing jaws is reduced considerably in comparison to other jaw crushers with a flywheel. If the material that is put into the crusher contains reinforcement bars or supports up to a size of 200mm, the scrap shears beneath the crushing jaws can be switched in so that the iron component can be ejected via the magnetic conveyor in pieces that are 30 – 50cm in length. The stroke and gap width can be adjusted in an extremely short time (< 2s) via the PLC, whereby the grain size can be changed from 0 – 45mm to 0 – 100mm or vice-versa, for example. This takes place during operation so that there are no stop times. Your advantages: Integrated scrap shears Large opening width with light working weight Low wear due to fully hydraulic drive Simple adjustment of the stroke and gap width without stop times
