Description

The QuickScan 2100 family corded versions include the QD2100 and the QW2100 linear imagers, while the 2100 cordless scanners are comprised of the QBT2100 / QM2100 linear imagers. The QuickScan 2100 linear imagers are small, lightweight, and ergonomically designed for comfort during daily operations. They offer a snappy reading performance on most 1D barcodes and they feature a wide scanning angle with an extended scanning line which is perfect for capturing longer and wider barcodes typically found on utility bills and used by manufacturers of electronic parts. Additionally, the scanning line is thinner and brighter, allowing users to scan at wide angles without having to increase the scanning distance. The 2100 corded version includes, besides the fully featured QD2100 scanner, the QW2100 imager used especially for even wider bar codes and to achieve the extra-affordable price. The QBT2100 features Bluetooth® wireless technology and the QM2100 features Datalogic’s STAR Cordless System™ narrow band radio. The QuickScan 2100 imagers are capable of reading loyalty cards and bar codes from a mobile phone screen. They also support Remote Management functions using the Host Download application. By using Bluetooth HID, the QuickScan QBT2131 imager also supports connections to Android™ and iOS operating systems.
