By using sound wave technology, ultrasonic cleaners guarantee uniform cleaning of even the most difficult parts.
The ultrasonic system consists of:
- a frequency generator
- one or more piezoelectric or magnetostrictive transducers
The transducers, by converting the electrical energy of the generator into mechanical energy (in the form of high-frequency vibrations), create the phenomenon of ”cavitation” in the washing liquid, i.e. the formation of alternating zones of high pressure and depression and thus the dissolution and creation of very small hollow bubbles subjected to a 100 Kg./m2 stress
The mechanical action that these bubbles yield to the part to be washed, combined with the chemical action of the detergent used, allow a remarkable washing result.
On the other hand, the BLC series washing machines are intended for light use (small workshops, shops, etc.).
This economic series is characterised by:
- deep-drawn tank with bottom-mounted emitters
- aluminium outer casing
- moulded cover
