The high-pressure metal deburring / flushing systems produced by D.B.M. Tecnologie are designed to ensure the removal of loose burrs and embedded swarf in hard-to-reach areas, such as intersecting holes.
The working pressure can be up to 1000 bar, allowing application to a variety of materials such as cast iron, aluminium and steel.
The workpieces to be processed are loaded onto special pallets and clamped by special pneumatic systems that guarantee their positioning.
How the metal deburring / flushing process works with the TITAN
The process unit, equipped with nozzles made of special long-life material, is attached to the wrist of one or more anthropomorphic robots, which act on the parts according to the programmed work sequence.
These machines can be rotary table or tunnel type with step feed, depending on the shape of the parts and the productivity to be achieved.
The flexibility of the metal deburring process is guaranteed by the programming possibilities of the automations and the ability to handle different workpieces. A special detection system is able to recognise the type of workpiece loaded and manage the selection of the work programme.
Effective de-oiling and filtration and quality materials.
The water treatment connected to the systems allows for the deoiling and filtration of the liquid, extending the life of the washing basin. It is also possible to combine the plant with a suitable deoiling system for the automatic filtration of large chip loads from pieces.
Each plant is completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
