Built while keeping all the innovative features of our spray booths, the painting systems are integrated with sophisticated automation to achieve a perfect painting even on particularly difficult workpieces. Two series of painting systems for different requirements and maximum flexibility: The DAV/1 series systems are characterised by: - top loading of workpiece carrier frames - automatic protection of frame gripping points - limited overall dimensions - automatic painting system The VAA series systems are characterised by: - frontal loading of workpiece carrier frames - automatic frame gripping point protection system - automatic painting system Both painting systems are equipped with a management PLC that allows you to: - choose among different painting cycles - set (by means of electronic controllers with display acting on an inverter) the translation speed of the painting unit and the number of revolutions of the workpiece holder frame. Four-stage paint removal systems guarantee compliance with emission limits. In addition, all components are ATEX certified.
