How our vacuum impregnation systems work
The vacuum system removes air inside the treatment chamber, allowing the treatment liquid to penetrate even capillary holes and very small spaces, ensuring that the parts are fully involved in the process. The level of vacuum used in the process is fully controllable by the line PLC, as well as all stages of treatment are.
