Description

Machine suitable fo filling cream puffs, brioches, krapfen, bigné etc. The dosing is made by mechanical regulation or pedale remote control. It is fitted with an electronic motor control (low tension complying with safety regulations) and selector for constant or intermittent operation. The De Danieli Dosing line comprises a series of professional machines used in dosing, filling and preserve liquid topping operations in a very wide variety of food industry applications. Technology and reliability combined to deliver equipment that always meets the user’s expectations. Electronic filler with gear-driven motor: a special batching mechanism enables the delivery from a minimum of 3 g of product through to a maximum of the total product capacity of the loading hopper. Ideal in the batching, filling and pouring of creambased products, jams and confits, also with small parts of fruit, chocolate, various types of sauces, etc. Operation can be manual, automatic, or sequential with the option of memorising up to 10 programs simply and intuitively. Table-top electric filling machine, suitable for filling croissant, cannoli, bigné, éclair, brioche, krapfen, vol-au-vent etc. with cream-based products, marmalade, jam, sauces and every other product of the same density and structure.
