The Hitachi EX3600-7 is built for all of the above. This excavator is easy to operate with electronically controlled hydraulic pumps, an optimized cooling package and enhanced hydraulic circuits. It’s ready to change your operation. BUILT TO OUTWORK AND OUTLAST The EX3600-7 delivers uncompromised efficiency and productivity. The machine features the latest advancements in engine and fuel optimization technologies to provide you with efficiency, reliability and durability in the toughest mines. Available as a backhoe or shovel (with a Cummins or MTU engine*), the EX3600-7 reduces fuel consumption by 4 percent, compared to the previous Dash-6 model with Cummins engine configuration. Plus, it features enhanced safety and features like an improved hydraulic system and simplified maintenance. The EX3600-7 comes standard equipped with Hitachi’s Global e-Service remote machine management system, which gives you access to each on-site machine from a PC in your office. Choice of Cummins or MTU engine in Final Tier 4 (FT4) or Fuel Calibration Optimized (FCO) configurations. Fuel Consumption Optimization (FCO) technologies and hydraulic system improvements reduce fuel consumption by 4 percent versus the EX3600-6 with Cummins engine configuration.
