DV-AIR 800 is the filter unit for centralized systems for cleaning production lines, floors, and equipment, during and after the production cycle, and also continuously. Centralized systems are used to operate at several points of the company at the same time, with different operators, and move large amounts of material over long distances; for example, in cereal production and treatment companies, they can remove a large number of cereals from the processing machines to avoid machine downtime. Thanks to its flexibility and the dry filtration system with cartridges or sleeves used to purify the air from solid particles, it can process a wide range of pollutants even in high temperatures and humidity, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness of the production lines, air quality in the production environment and protection of the workers. FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM - SP With the DV-AIR is provided a reversed compressed air jet (6 bar) filter cleaning system. Each filter is cleaned thanks to two independent electrically operated valves which operate by alternating. This way it's possible to clean the filter without interrupting the machine's operation. This system is very effective, especially on very fine and difficult dust. A protection sock gets installed over each cartridge to avoid granules and solid particles to get caught between the pleats of the cartridge. MAINTENANCE To replace and inspect the filtering cartridges, at the center of the chamber of the DV-AIR, there is a convenient inspection door. Thanks to its presence it's possible to avoid removing the cover placed above the chamber, faacilitating all maintenance operations.
