The HF 300 is the ideal solution for collecting trimmings, swarf, dust, and other solids in a fixed location. A powerful side channel turbine on the top of the vacuum ensures excellent performance even with several meters of pipe. An M Class (1-micron filtration efficiency) filter and a handy filter shaker are supplied as standard. A different filter can be installed on this model depending on the application. Teflon water-repellent filters, Nomex 250°C resistant filters, and filters with PTFE treatment for more binding and difficult dust are also available. The unit can be fitted with an H14 absolute filter on demand. The material collected in the collection cone is automatically discharged whenever the vacuum is turned off thanks to a weighted vane on the bottom. An electrical panel for the management of remote control, level sensor, and other automatic systems when required can also be installed on demand. SUCTION UNIT The suction unit is a MADE IN ITALY side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The side channel blower is equipped with a safety valve to guarantee a totally safe continuous work, without any maintenance. FILTERING ELEMENT The filtration is guaranteed by an M class polyester filter. The star shape enables air to flow through the filter even when it is dirty. The fabric of the filter is classified as M Class (BIA | EN 60335-2-69). This means that all particles till 1 micron are stopped by the filter so as to protect the blower and the operator around the vacuum cleaner. INLET The tangential inlet is designed to ease the process of pushing the material down the bin.
