The JMB-L built-in version is easy to integrate in a truck, van or on a trailer. This high pressure cleaner can be assembled in an entirely modular manner by the customer. Every effort was made in designing the unit to cut down noise levels and energy consumption to a minimum. In order to achieve this objective, a powerful industrial turbo-diesel engine (48 kW) was selected, set to run at low rpm. This water-cooled 4 cylinder indirect-injection unit with radiator can easily be coupled to various types of high-pressure pump up to 500 bar. The water can be heated up to 90 °C using two boilers connected in parallel with a newly developed electronic ignition system, which offers cleaner environmentally-friendly combustion as well as higher efficiency. The control system selected is a DiBO High Performance Controller operating at 24 VDC. In addition to its role as the "interpreter" between the operator and his machine, it also operates as a "diagnostic centre" for servicing. The JMB-L can be equipped with electronic gas controller which, in addition to continuously adjustable pressure and flow settings, has the added benefit that the engine is slowed down to idle rpm whenever spraying has ceased for 30 seconds.
