Description

The new Forming Station PB for more efficient particleboard production consists of the newly developed WindFormer and PB Scalper. Its compact design is up to 10 m shorter than a conventional 4-head forming station. A complete aerodynamic redesign of the WindFormer enables a 30% reduction in the amount of air to be moved and improves separation of flakes. The PB Scalper increases spreading accuracy while increasing throughput. Thus capacities of up to 2,000 m³/day are possible with only one core layer spreading head.
