Degassing / outgassing in a vacuum Materials are outgassed to eliminate volatile substances. It does not matter whether the material is solid or liquid. With the help of vacuum outgassing, unpleasant tastes or odors of bioplastics/biopolymers, or even pollutants, can be degassed and thus made tasteless. Height simulation Most components nowadays have to withstand transport in airplanes. For lithium batteries in particular, a height simulation must be carried out in accordance with UN 38.3. Since there is pressure equalization in cargo holds, but this cannot compensate for all pressure fluctuations, it is essential to carry out tests and simulations at a pressure below 800 mbar. Vacuum storage systems Sensitive components or certain medical parts must not be contaminated with foreign substances or humidity under any circumstances. The safest way to store highly sensitive components is under vacuum. Under the vacuum environment, your components are protected from all external influences. Control and process monitoring For the control of the vacuum systems we rely on our own developed operating program. This not only offers the possibility to monitor the process, but also to program and save various process sequences.
