The unit serves for evacuation of air or nitrogen from gas compartments. The 16 m³/h vacuum pump (standard version) enables a final vacuum of < 1 mbar. Thus it is guaranteed that no air/gas mixture can be generated and the excellent insulation properties of SF6 or other quenching and insulating gases are maintained. With the optionally available DILO flange coupling groove parts, the vacuum pump stand can also be used for C4-FN, C5-FK and CA. System components Units of the MINI-Series - SF6 gas handling on small gas compartments The MINI Series is composed of a number of units and is perfectly suited for gas handling of small gas compartments and gas reclaiming to 5 mbar. This series even exceeds die IEC directives which are in effect and can compete with the more powerful series. We recommend using this series for small gas quantities. Oilfree compressors allow gas handling without contamination by oil residues.
