The mobile Tiltmatic being an electrically powered truck designed specifically to facilitate the operations in a workshop by applying its proper mutualization for the entire workshop. The methodology is initiated by placement of the new coil on the preparation table through a standard forklift truck which is performed by the ware-houseman much earlier the change over.Then the operator takes the coil from the table with the help of the mobile tiltmatic. In case the earlier coil processing is incomplete,a double slot preparation table is also provided which allows the unloading of the coil in que.Later the operator tilts the coil. In the next step, the operator places the coil on the uncoiler mandrel, having driven through the workshop. This is a completely reverse operation. The mobile tiltmatic is equipped with a setting table, which may be integrated in the coil storage rack or even may be independent and is available as single slot or double slot tables for efficient processes. It further consists an electronically powered truck and the floor guides, installed in front of the uncoiler, below the mandrel.
