Automatic products overlapping and stacking system. The stacked products are held by a levelling system both to the sides and front. Standard stacker speed up to 140 products/minute. Available in versions up to 200 products/minute. System to stack the products at multiple levels: totally mechanical with lift and automated mechanical side palettes. Automatic stacking for products differing in nature coming from previous lines or loaded manually by the operator. The system can be integrated with packaging machines, sleeve wrapper bundler machines, bundlers, cartoning machines or wrap around machines. Based on the speed of the products arriving and stacking, more compact versions or longer lift conveyors are available to lift more products in a single movement. Other than stacking systems, we also design and build automatic de-stackers. De-stackers for pallets, for trays, for boxes. Available in "integrated" versions in machines with more limited space and speed requirements. Stacking of boxes, trays, rolls, tins, food or non-food finished products or as an additional component on a production line.
