Description

The Digging Grab with horizontal hydraulic cylinder is our attachment solution for efficient digging of trenches and shafts. Due to the optimized shell shape, the movement of bulk material and the gripping of larger objects is possible at the same time. The grab's patented cylinder design combines a compact structure with strong, double-acting closing force and high damage resistance. The Digging Grab with horizontal cylinder is available as a fixed mount or swinging mount version. LOW PROFILE The grab has a low height both in closed and open position. The compact design ensures a perfect power-to-weight ratio. OPTIMAL GRIP The volume and span of the shells are very wide when open, which, in addition to the digging function, allows gripping a wide variety of materials. PISTON PROTECTION The fully encapsulated piston rod is permanently protected against external influences. INTERNAL OIL SUPPLY Our patented design eliminates the need for vulnerable hydraulic hoses in the work area. ACCESSIBLE LUBRICATION POINTS Protected and easily accessible lubrication points simplify maintenance. MODULAR BOLT-ON TEETH The teeth on the front edges can easily be removed or fitted with accessory parts. LOW MAINTENANCE BUSHINGS Grease reservoirs incorporated into the brass bushings provide long-term lubrication. HIGH STRENGTH MATERIAL Shells are reinforced with wear-resistant steel on sides and cutting edges.
