The MDA serie current control fixtured spindles are designed to be integrated into your automated systems and meet your production rates. As well as all MD range tools, they are equipped with current control technology to ensure the accuracy of your tightening. MDA fixtured spindles are available with or without integrated telescopy. Combined with their MDC controller, you benefit off many features to control your tightening processes, combining to quality and modularity: - 15 tightening programs - 2 multi-sequences (multi-strategies applied to a screw) - 15 tightening models for multi-program counting up to 20 steps - Free web server and programming software - Access to tightening curves in real time - Complete traceability of your assembly results (direct flow or SD card) associable with serial numbers by barcode reading. A resolutely Industry 4.0-oriented solution that can be used with DOGA positioning systems for 0-defect assembly.
