Vacuum pump exhaust filter is one kind of vacuum equipment of environmental protection and energy saving. It is used for oil mist separation, dust filtering and noise reduction for the former stage vacuum pump. It’s therefore extending the life service of the vacuum pump, improving the working environment and worker’s health. 2.Can be used as exhaust muffler for any type of front stage vacuum pump. 3.Can be used for any type of vacuum pump exhaust dust filter with filter rating of 3um. 4.A silencing filter configured for use in vacuum equipment as a pressure relief valve. 5.It is 3um in filter precision,lined with metal mesh, with pressure control valve, able to adjust the opening ration according to the exhaust gas. 6.Air inlet and outlet have adopted standard joints (GBT4982 and GBT6070). 7.Suitable for laboratory, purification room, semiconductor process, high purity raw material preparation, fine chemical industry, vacuum smelting and the places that have higher requirements of direct discharge environment. 8.Based on customer request, it can be equipped with activated carbon composite trap ,which is able to extract some toxic and harmful gases. Problems to be addressed： 1.It is firstly solving the problems of smoking when oil seal vacuum pump starts. 2.Able to prevent oil seal vacuum pump pump oil reduction pump can not be sealed, resulting in reduced vacuum. 3.Able to prevent oil seal vacuum pump from pump oil reduction, resulting in uneven lubrication leading to pump life attenuation. 4.Able to reduce the frequency of adding vacuum pump oil to vacuum pump, so as to reduce equipment operation cost.
