The lathe base and gantry of this machine are welded structures from steel plate. The machine has undergone sufficient manual aging treatment to eliminate internal stress. The movement of the gantry in the longitudinal direction is guided by two high load-bearing linear rolling guide pairs on each side of the base, providing flexible movement. The drive adopts AC servo motors and precision ball screw pairs for double-sided synchronous driving, to ensure the high positioning accuracy and repeatability. 3.
