Versatility for every size The Dymond series represents the culmination of years of development to create a family of versatile, modular, vertical radius machines adaptable for inspecting packaged products in any type of ‘soft’ packaging. The air cooling system (with IP34 or Nema 4X air conditioning) allows the machine to operate over a wide temperature range without the need to install an external water cooler. The length of the belt is fully configurable based on the customer’s needs and the available space. Optimal installations Thanks to the use of the drum motor, it is possible to reduce the length by up to 1 meter and connect the belt to existing ones without the difficulties caused by the bulk of standard external motors. The main components (belt, curtains, generator, sensor) can be removed easily and quickly. A complete range of ejectors and modular collection boxes allows for finding the optimal solution to discard any type of product.
