TcAg DynaLogger Wireless IoT Vibration and Temperature Sensor – Triaxial Telemetry Monitoring
The TcAg is a wireless IoT sensor that identifies the trend and severity of defects in machines and equipment in accordance with ISO 20816. It combines acceleration sensors with a contact temperature sensor. This lets it monitor standard rotating machinery and also detect anomalies in less conventional equipment and structures such as suspensions, frames, servers, pipelines and valves.
The solution includes an online platform that needs no local installation. Its analysis tools support continuous monitoring of asset health.
Complete telemetry monitoring
The TcAg tracks global vibration metrics and contact temperature minute by minute, with configurable monitoring settings. The platform offers several tools for analyzing the collected data:
Automatic removal of machine-stopped periods
Configurable alerts with email notifications
Moving average
Data aggregation
Comparison between monitoring points
Predictability, showing the average time to reach alert level A2
