Description
Equipment designed for sweet water recovery, from the process of sweeting on/off of filters and decolorization process. This sweet water will be then forward to be reused in the dissolution process.
Executes the separation of syrup with high and low brix automatically, forwarding the low brix solutions to the recovery tank.
Heating system for sweet water incorporated on the equipment, allowing sterilization at 85o C .
Level transmitter for continuous level indication.
Level switches for High and Low level for safety operation.
Full capable for CIP with no shadow zones or dead legs.
Equipped with spray system for high efficiency CIP.
Positive pressure with inert gas injection or sterile air by UV + Microbiological Filter.
Available in a wide range of capacities.
Historic data register of all operations (including manual) and operators.
