Designed for dosing and continuous mixing in line of liquid components that compound a final product such as soft drinks, syrups, juices or other liquids following pre-established recipes for each component. Highprecision on measurement (±0,1%) of each component, ensuring excellent quality, stability, security and economy. Direct reading of mass meters by the PLC through modebus network, allowing greater real time reading and no data losses. With integrated buffer tank on equipment, allows full use of flavor ingredients, reducing losses significantly. Automatic stop of operation and alarm in case of incorrect ingredient detected. Allows individual adjustment of process parameters such as brix and acidity, optimizing the use of the ingredients. Up to 10 liquid components dosed in any proportion . Capacity from 1000 to 200.000 L/h. Brix accuracy of the final product 0,03ºBrix. Historic data register of all operations (including manual) and operators.
