Accidental damage service fees

Conditions

• The 2-Year Care Plan must be purchased within 30 days of the original EasyDens or SmartRef device purchase
• Not valid for EasyDens and SmartRef Care replacement devices

Service & support
Service and technical support are provided for the duration of the Care Plan coverage and follow the manufacturer’s service procedures.
