The ProFeeder X is built to handle larger production volumes. It is a one-of-a-kind piece of equipment that can be outfitted with various trays of different alternatives depending on the situation. The goal is to reduce cycle time and increase production speed for bigger outputs. The ProFeeder X has a tray capacity of up to ten, making it ideal for modest to large series manufacturing. The technology is entirely automated and extremely small, allowing the cell to be installed on practically any machine. The ProFeeder X may be applied for any operation in a short amount of time thanks to its 2, 5, or 10 trays. This program, like ProFeeder Compact, comes in two versions dependent on the locking system. The airlock system compresses air to lock the trays, whereas the mechanical locking method uses mechanical locking. The locking system protects the operator and helps to maintain productivity by preventing interference with the procedures. The ProFeeder X's setup time is decreased thanks to integrated software that removes the need for further installation effort. The system is ready for operations in a short amount of time. The method allows workers to rest and leave robot cell on its own to accomplish unattended shifts.  ProFeeder X is versatile and small, allowing manufacturers to place the device on any place of the assembly line with minimal space requirements.
