Eberhard AG offers standardised and customized system solutions for pin insertion into pin headers and connectors headers. All common pin and contact types - punched and belted pins as well as round contacts - are supported. The insertion of punched and belted pins is a single pin insertion process. Single pins are inserted into connector housings at high speed one be one. Insertion of several single pins at once is also possible. Depending on the customer requirements our single pin insertion systems can be equipped with up to 4 pin insertion pushers. The insertion process of round pins is normally done by a robot gripper. Robot based pin stitching of pin headers or connector headers enables insertion of single pins or pins in rows.
