Product overviewThe GRP Ebo Systems cable trough SP is designed for installations in confined, inaccessible or uneven topographical areas. The solution combines GRP trays with a hot-dip galvanised (HDG) support and fixing system for a flexible, economical and low-weight installation. Standard lengths of 6 m, factory perforations and preassembled connectors enable rapid, single-person mounting.

Compact system for elevation and cable support- Cable trays with removable covers
- Self-standing trays up to 6 m
- Supporting poles in HDG material (hot-dip galvanised)
- Pole heads in HDG material
- Cover fixing with anti-theft Torx screws and cage nuts
Posts and post head fixing unitThe pole head design allows height adjustment and, on uneven ground, the swivel-mounted head permits adjustment in three directions. The head-fixing unit is one-piece for fast installation. All bolt fittings are standard M10x25. Oblong holes on the top of the post head allow positional correction during installation.
CoversOverlapping covers with sleeves prevent water ingress. GRP covers are fixed with impregnable Torx-type screws and cage nuts using an overlapping sleeve principle.
Splice plates and connectorsU-shaped connectors in AISI 316 stainless steel secure tray junctions. Each 6 m length is delivered preassembled with a bolted junction on one side. Screws are round-headed to avoid cable damage. Leave a 6 mm gap between tray lengths and an 8 mm gap between tray covers during installation. Splice plates are pre-assembled in factory.
DividerDividers separate cables by function or voltage. They are retained at the tray bottom by cable weight and require no additional fixings during installation.
Assembling instructions (support spacing)- For a SP system designed for 3 m support spacing: after installing the first post, install the second at approximately 2.25 m to align base holes.
- For a SP system designed for 6 m support spacing: after installing the first post, install the second at approximately 4.50 m to align base holes.
