TYPE OF EQUIPMENT: Emergency gas flare for biogas combustion OPERATING PRINCIPALS: The ecochimica® gas flare is designed in order to achieve a high combustion efficiency and hence very low values of CO and NOx, below the limits required by all the European regulations in force. The torch has a control panel, valve train, flame arrestor, main burner, pilot burner ignition and safety devices. It comes pre-assembled as a unit and it can be internally lined with refractory insulation. A blowback of flame is prevented by a special dimensioned protection conduit. The wind protection conduit also ensures an efficient operation during strong wind and rain. The gas flare functioning is very simple because its fully automatic.
