Description

It is necessary to monitor the filtration process in order to ensure the quality and efficiency of the filtration. During filtration, we monitor the content of mechanical particles expressed by the NAS1638 and ISO4406 standards, water content in units of ppm or %, content of soft sludge MPC ΔE, breakdown voltage of transformer oil in kV, wetting of the cellulose insulation of the transformer in %, oil color 0-8 ASTM D1500, oil temperature and system pressure. Monitoring and evaluating the above-mentioned parameters allows us to precisely control the process and the course of filtration. Mainly achieving the set final oil quality parameters, timely replacement of filter inserts, long-term archiving of measured values, sending alerts in case of abnormal values, etc.. Monitored parameters can be visualized online on all operating systems and platforms (Winows, MacOS, iOS, Android, Linux) via smartphones and web browsers (Edge, Mozilla, Opera, Chrome, Safari, etc.). The time course of the filtration is visualized numerically, through graphs and is personalized according to the user's requirements. It goes without saying that data is archived in the EU according to GDPR requirements. The collection of data from filtration monitoring enables the further development of autonomous filtration control systems using artificial intelligence (AI). By means of neural networks and machine learning, the development of filtration monitoring for autonomous decision-making of filter devices, which are driven by highly efficient Eco BLDC motors (consumption 7-14W), is already underway.
