The ecos terminals are fail-safe and, with a steel thickness of 3 mm, of above-average robustness. With four relays, doors can be controlled and alarms switched. All 5 ecos authentication options can be installed. State-of-the-art communication technologies allow visual or acoustic contact to be established with any IP-based, communication-capable device, such as smartphones, tablets, computers or IP landline telephones. Entry key deposit The ecos key depots with 3 mm precisely fitting stainless steel fronts, in combination with a terminal, allow the issuing of important keys, including those of the entrance door. They are specially designed for outdoor use. Visitor management All visit appointments of the day can be displayed centrally with name, contact person and meeting location. Each visitor can automatically register him or herself via the interactive terminal, possibly with a picture, and call the desired contact person directly. All registered numbers are dialled, on the workplace computer or telephone, on the business and private mobile phone. Time tracking In connection with our working time recording system “ecos time“, the terminal also records the working time. When the required office or meeting room key is removed or returned, the working time is also recorded. Visitor lockers In combination with lockers a visitor badge or an access card can be issued automatically for visitors. In case of special security requirements, the visitor deposits his mobile device or laptop in the corresponding compartment. Driver’s licence check In connection with our ecos fleet, the driving licence can be checked via an RFID sticker on the driving licence.
