Overview
TECHSPEC® Cw Series fixed focal length lenses are waterproof variants of the TECHSPEC® C Series. Engineered to meet IEC ingress protection ratings IPX7 and IPX9K, these lenses withstand immersion to 1 m for 30 minutes (IPX7) and close-range high-pressure, high-temperature spray downs (IPX9K) for applicable focal lengths. A hydrophobic coated front window reduces water droplet adhesion, and multiple O-ring seals prevent moisture ingress. Specified for up to 7.5 MegaPixel on 2/3\" sensors, the Cw Series is suitable for washdown and splash-prone industrial environments such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and security. These lenses received the Bronze-Level 2021 Vision Systems Design Innovators Award.
