Overview
The EFA-SRT® MTL is a power-driven high-speed roll-up door engineered for intensive intralogistics and materials-handling use in enclosed, non-weather-exposed areas. It is designed for conveyor-technology environments and offers numerous equipment and configuration options to match operational requirements, including a narrow frame for space-restricted installations.

Applications
Primarily intended for logistics processes and material transfer points such as conveyor line ends, transfer stations and other intralogistics interfaces inside buildings where wind and weather exposure are not a factor.

Access restriction (FTO) — without personal protection
Configured where the door should hinder access but not fully prevent entry. Typical for areas reserved for conveyor equipment where personnel access is excluded during normal operation. The bottom end element can be supplied straight or with a local door-leaf extension to adapt to site conditions. Light barriers are optionally integrable in both end-element variants. A door line light grid (TLG) is not available for some FTO configurations.

Access restriction (FTM) — with personal protection
Where personal protection is required, doors can be equipped with safeguarding systems such as a safety contact strip combined with light barrier(s) or a door line light grid (TLG). Typical use cases include the end of a roller conveyor at a transfer point from automatic conveyors to manually operated pallet trucks or areas where personnel may interact with material-handling equipment. End-element options include a horizontally continuous end profile with a safety edge; a TLG can be offered for protection in these configurations.

Drive and safety systems
The EFA-SRT® MTL supports modern intralogistics drive concepts. Frequency converters are standard to ensure dynamic operation and extended service life. Multiple emergency-opening methods, safety systems and pulse-encoder options are available. Mechanical and/or inductive limit switches (up to CAT IV) can be used. A variety of safety and control options can be selected to meet operational and personnel-safety requirements.
