Overview
The EFA-SRT® CR Efficient high-speed roll-up door was specially designed for use in clean rooms with medium requirements. The particularly narrow door frames allow for a space-saving and visually appealing installation, even in confined spaces. An integrated absolute encoder allows the door to immediately return to automatic operation after a power failure without the need for a manual synchronisation run.

Design and materials
A special Transilon curtain has been developed for clean room use: it is only 2 millimetres thick and is available in various colours, with or without a viewing window. The door can be installed with either a straight or a slanted cover to reduce particle deposits.

Safety, certification and emergency operation
The EFA-SRT® CR Efficient is TÜV-certified for use in clean rooms up to ISO class 6. In addition to the standard mechanical emergency opening, there is the option to integrate the EFA-UPS (uninterruptible power supply) in a separate control cabinet. The EFA-UPS enables the complete door opening within one hour after a power outage.
