Transportable valve grinding machine - flat seats The transportable grinding machine is specially designed for machining flat sealing surfaces in valves, on valve discs, flanges and similar components. It is used in various industries such as power stations, refineries, chemical plants, shipyards and in paper and sugar production. The machine is also suitable for mobile use on ships or for service and inspection work. Possible applications and functions The machines in the VALVA series are designed for precise grinding work and enable the processing of components with diameters between DN 8 and DN 1600 (1/4‘ to 64’). They are characterised by simple operation, low-wear tools and a favourable price-performance ratio. A controllable contact pressure ensures precise and even grinding results, while high torque is guaranteed even with compact, hand-held models. The VALVA models are available with different drive options: - Electric (230/120 V, 50/60 Hz) - Pneumatic (6-7 bar) - Battery-powered (18 V DC, VALVA-S1 model only)
