Description

Transportable CNC-controlled lathe The EFCO-TDs are mobile lathes designed for the precise machining of bores and sealing surfaces in valves, cylinders, pumps, turbine housings and other components. Their robust stability ensures reliable results even with large chip removal, while infinitely variable, automatic axial and radial feeds enable precise and flexible machining. The handy control panel and the fine adjustments on the gear housing, which can be made without interfering with the turning head, make the machines particularly user-friendly and convenient. The EFCO-TDs are ideal for boring entire valve seats and have a tool holder for standard square turning tools. In addition, they can be equipped with an extended working depth as required to fulfil a wide range of requirements. Their transportable design makes them ideal for use on site and in the workshop. They are used in power stations, in valve servicing, in the chemical and petrochemical industries, in steel construction, in shipyards and in oil fields.
